01.Literacy Assessment
This service offers comprehensive reading and literacy evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement. It helps parents and educators develop targeted educational strategies tailored to each child's needs. The assessment process provides the assessment and the detailed reports with actionable insights. It aims to support early identification and intervention for literacy challenges. Price does not include the final reporting. It does includes a 90-minute session.
02.Literacy Assessment Written Report
A detailed written report interpreting literacy assessment results, identifying student strengths and areas of need, and providing individualized, evidence-based instructional recommendations. Includes a summary of findings to support educational planning and targeted literacy intervention. Report preparation is billed separately from assessment administration.
03.Reading Tutoring Session
Individualized, evidence-based reading instruction provided by a Certified Reading Specialist. Sessions target each student's specific literacy needs, including phonological awareness, phonics, decoding, spelling, reading fluency, and comprehension. Instruction incorporates structured literacy principles, multisensory techniques, and ongoing progress monitoring to build reading skills, confidence, and independence. Each session is 60 minutes. Recurring weekly appointments are available.
04.Family Educational Case Coordination
Ongoing support with IEP progress, documentation, evaluation timelines, school communication, and educational planning. Price to evaluate has a fixed number of support hours depending on need.
05.Parent Consultation
Individualized guidance for parents seeking support with their child's academic progress, learning difficulties, or educational needs. Consultations may address reading and literacy concerns, evidence-based learning strategies, academic interventions, and ways to support learning at home. Together, we identify concerns, discuss practical recommendations, and develop next steps to help your child succeed.
06.Comprehensive IEP Review & Recommendations
Review of the student's IEP, evaluations, present levels, goals, accommodations, services, and progress monitoring, with a written summary of recommendations. Price to evaluate: $300–$400 per defined review package.
07.IEP Educational Advocacy
Professional advocacy and support during IEP meetings. I attend alongside parents, ask clarifying questions, address educational concerns, and help families advocate for appropriate goals, accommodations, services, and interventions. My approach emphasizes meaningful parent participation, student-centered decisions, and collaboration with school teams. Includes:IEP meeting attendance and educational advocacy. Preparation, comprehensive document review & written follow-up are billed separately.

IEP Meeting Preparation
Individualized consultation to help parents prepare confidently for their child's IEP meeting. Together, we review educational concerns, IEP goals, present levels, accommodations, and evaluation findings. We identify priorities, develop meaningful questions, and discuss strategies for effective communication with the school team. Includes: 60-minute parent consultation and meeting preparation. Extensive document review and meeting attendance are separate services.
